OUR CLASSES START approximately every 5 weeks. We do not set an established timetable because our commitment is to put the right participants in the right seat on the right bus. (Yep, stole that one from Jim Collins - Good to Great).
Our training is the private school stuff. We'll only take 12 to 16 players at a time, and it's important that we enroll those with the common shared objectives of DESIRE, COMMITMENT and PASSION for sales success. When we do that, we create a tremendous amount of positive energy, and then, players learn new skills much more quickly. Trustpointe's best practice strategy is to eliminate all hostages. Let's do that again - TRUSTPOINTE DOES NOT ACCEPT TRAINING HOSTAGES. Our exclusive interview process gives all training candidates the power to say, "no." We will not let a company tell us to "take them all."
Should you be thinking of joining one of our groups, the process starts with your call. From there, we'll schedule a meeting to learn as much about you as we can - and that means going back in time and finding out from whence you come to where you're at now and to where you want to be. If there's a match - and we never know if there is until we talk - then we'll let you decide whether you want to take your career forward in high gear or do nothing and remain on cruise. Either way, we won't attempt to sell you anything; we'll simply help you uncover the truth so that you can make a decision "yes" or "no."
Get a TRUST TICKET and take a TRUST TEST DRIVE and experience the sights, sounds and feelings of a TRUSTED ADVISOR training program. With this ticket your only investment is time. You may - and are encouraged - to bring a guest.
Call us at 317.845.0041 or email info@thetrustpointe.com. If we're not available, ask Katie to put you on our schedule and we'll look forward to our first meeting. Plan on meeting for about 90 minutes!
While the Sandler Selling System is 180 degrees from traditional selling, the natural human principles that are used apply to all relationships in general.
